SHIPPING

Dispatch and delivery times:

Once your order is placed you will immediately be emailed an order confirmation. 
We ship orders Monday to Friday NZT (excluding Public Holidays) using a tracked non-signature delivery service. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details. It should arrive within 2 to 3 business days from dispatch.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs depend on how many bags you buy and where in Aotearoa you want them. The rates listed on ordering usually cover most orders, but sometimes a super pricey rural shipment might come up. If that happens, we'll get in touch to see if you're happy with paying extra or if you'd rather cancel your order. And don't worry, if you pick the wrong shipping method for your address, we'll let you know.

We currently do not ship outside of New Zealand.
