If you need to urgently reach us about an order, please email us. Although we regularly monitor our Facebook and Instagram inboxes, contacting us via social media channels about an order may result in a slightly longer wait time.
We want to however ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our products, so please email us if you are not satisfied with a product and we will try and rectify the situation as soon as possible. Refunds are only issued for faulty products, as customer satisfaction is our priority. Rest assured, our stringent quality control measures make such occurrences highly unlikely.
Cancellations/order changes:
Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. If you have ordered the wrong product, please immediately contact us with your order number and we will try our best to assist you and change the order or issue a credit note if the product you are looking for is not available. Due to our quick processing times, we are often unable to make any changes to existing orders but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
